For small teams — 2 to 15 people

Your meetings end. The follow-up shouldn't take another hour.

Fieldnote reads your messy notes and voice memos, then hands back the decisions, the owners and the next steps. Tuesday standup, 14 messy bullets, 3 decisions, 5 owners — in about a minute.

Free for 10 meetings a month. No card.

How it works

Three steps. None of them are a new habit.

Fieldnote sits after the meeting, not inside it. Keep taking notes the way you already do.

01

Drop in the mess

Paste the notes, upload a voice memo, or forward the thread. Fieldnote takes it as it comes — half-sentences, tangents, three people talking at once.

02

Fieldnote reads it

It pulls out what was decided, who said they'd do it, and by when. Anything still open gets flagged instead of quietly dropped.

03

Send it out

One clean summary to Slack, Notion or email. Everyone gets the same version, and the decisions stay searchable.

The parts that matter

Four things that stop the follow-up from slipping.

Decisions log

Every decision gets a date, a line of context and the person who made the call. Six weeks later you can still find out why.

Owner reminders

Fieldnote nudges the person who took the task, not the whole channel. One reminder, the morning it's due.

We used to lose the last ten minutes of every meeting to writing up what we'd just said. Now the write-up is already there when we stand up.

FAQ

Questions we get before people sign up.

Yes. That's the point. Fieldnote is built for the notes you actually take: fragments, initials, a line that just says "ask Priya". It asks you to confirm anything it isn't sure about.

They're transcribed, turned into the same decisions-and-owners format, and the audio is deleted after 30 days. You can delete it sooner.

Every line is editable. Fix an owner, change a date, delete a decision that wasn't one. Fieldnote learns from the corrections.

No. Keep taking notes however you like. Fieldnote sits after the meeting, not inside it.

No. Your notes and recordings are yours. We don't train on customer content, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
